Recipe
- Sauté: Heat a splash of oil in a pan and cook the onion & carrot for 5 mins. Add garlic paste & cumin, cook for 1 min.
- Brown: Add mince, cook for 7 mins, breaking it up.
- Spice: Stir in 1 x harissa paste, tomato paste and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2 mins.
- Simmer: Add plum tomatoes, break them up with your spoon, simmer for 10 mins until thickened.
- Serve: Cook pasta as instructions & serve with the bolognese sauce. Drizzle with the remaining harissa paste sachet. Enjoy!
Make it Meat free
Simply switch the beef mince for your preferred plant based mince.
Optional: Top with grated parmesan for extra richness.
