Creamy Mushroom Orzotto
Includes mushroom seasoning & white wine vinegar — create, indulge, and enjoy a rich Italian-style orzotto.
- 20g Mushroom Seasoning
- 15ml White Wine Vinegar
- 50g Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 200g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 200g Orzo Pasta
- 200ml Milk
- 100g Frozen Peas
Sauté: Fry onion & mushrooms in oil for 6 mins until browned. Season with salt & pepper.
Add Flavour: Stir in garlic, mushroom seasoning, vinegar & orzo. Cook for 2 mins.
Simmer: Pour in 300ml water & 200ml milk. Add peas. Bring to boil, then simmer for 10 mins, stirring.
Finish: Remove from heat, stir in 3/4 of the parmesan. Mix until melted.
Serve: Spoon into bowls & top with the remaining parmesan. Enjoy!
